What We Do

  • E-VAT activities will be carried out in three phases. The initial phase will be a reorganization phase not counted against the project lifespan. The E-VAT project life cycle will be on a one year (12months) rolling basis. The first of these rolling years is scheduled to begin in November 2021 and run to the end of October 2022. There will be a mid cycle evaluation at the end of April 2022. The findings will advice on how aligned the project will be to the objectives and gauge adherence to targets. At the end of the project (October 2022) another evaluation will be done to determine attainment of the project overall goals and advice the next rolling cycle.
